| Introduction: Polyester filter mesh: also called Polyester mesh or filter cloth, filter material, is woven mesh made from 100% polyester monofilament yarn. Polyester mesh has smooth surface, good tensile strength, wear resistance, dimensional stability and long service life. Shanghai SPRING polyester monofilament filter mesh have good air permeability, leaking fast and easy to clean. SPRING polyester filter cloth is not affected by microorganisms and acid-resistance with FDA approval. Our polyester filter mesh fabric is widely used for the air, liquid, solid and powder filteration, such as: milk, coffee, tea, water filter, etc. Different shapes for example, bags, discs, belt, etc. can be produced under customers’ demand. Application: Pharmaceutical, sugar, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, industrial filter presses, centrifuges and so on. Most of SPRING polyester filter mesh is plain weave like the picture below, seldom high count mesh is twill weave like the above picture b.  |
